Salary and signing-on bonus

You can expect a starting salary of £27,500 per year plus a signing-on bonus of £2,500. This will of increase by 2010.

 

Private medical insurance

Capital One offers full private medical insurance ... this was standard for all graduate trainees and positons

 

Holiday entitlement

Capital One provided a generous paid holiday programme of 25 days' paid holiday in your first full year with the option to carry over up to five days to the next year.

INterestingly they offered three Family Care Days per year, where associates may take an emergency day off to care for a loved one.

Both private and company pensions to bring its associates the AdvantageOne Pension Account... as you would expect from a leading finance company.

 

Share ownership
