What was Capital One's graduate scheme and how attractive was it for job seekers today?
Capital One saw itself as a company that asked more from its graduates, "we want you to roll up your sleeves and get involved right from the very start," as it sees itself as a comapny that will offer a much more broader business exposure. It also claimed that its graduate would have a higher level of responsibility than other companies and the ability to " contributing personally to thier growth pretty much from the moment you get here. No exaggeration. "

Perfect Profiles see profiles
Capital One's perfect Graduate profile seems to become confused, first it begins with
changes to
moves on to
"....we’re not just looking for one particular type of person either, you’re encouraged to own your role,
moves back to fun
"...creativity and fun, and who have the ability to "make things happen".
and then ends with the usual dull stuff
"..a good degree (2:1 or above) in an analytical, business, engineering or scientific field and so on.
